My little helper

Eric was the dinner helper the other night and did a great job slicing the fresh squash and zuccini for dinner. It was the first time I let him do it. He was so happy.

Eric's meatballs

Eric made homemade meatballs for dinner the other night.

He was very proud!

Slime

John mad slime from a kit we picked up at hobby lobby a while back. It was made of corn starch, water and blue food coloring.

Kinda gross too. but John had fun playin with it.

Then whe he cleand up he noticed his hand was blue. The price of making slime. LOL

Kids Snack

Fresh, homemade banana bread and apples.

The boys love banana bread!

Goofy moments

We were in a goofy mood last night and decided to beat the heathens with a skillet. John got it first.

Then to make it fair Eric was next.

I think hubby enjoyed this one too much! LOL

It was all for fun. No one was actually hurt during this. The kids posed for the pics. But they are funny to look at! LOL
Yes we are that weird family!

walgreens savings

Made a Walgreens trip yesturday. I had a raincheck for the Schick Hydro 5 razor.

They finally had it in stock so I picked that up, along with 2 packs of disposable womens razors(found them on sale for $2 and B1G1 50% off. Then picked up some baby powder(Which was a bit pricey considering it was $2.50 and I can get it at Dollar General for $1 but we were there and we weve been out of baby powder for a bit now).

Anyways, I had a raincheck that made the Schick Hydro Razor $4.99 (they gave me the raincheck for the price AFTER register rewards(sweet) and I had a $4 off coupon for the razor so it made .99 cents! Cant beat that.

But I also had a $1 register rewards.

After it was all totaled up I paid $6.41 with tax. Not to bad, especially for a $10 razor! LOL. I love coupons!

Weekly weight in

Well, I weighted in this morning. And have lost 3.7 pounds! OMG! I was soooooo excited! That is a grand total of 24.2 pounds so far. Only a little more to reach my 10% (30 lb) goal. Wow. I just can't believe it. I weight 280 pounds now! It doesn't seem like that long. I know its kinda slow sometimes but at least its coming off. This is the second time I have had a BIG loss in one week. And it was following a few weeks of very small losses. As long as I'm still doing it.

Hell Yeah! Goal of 275 by my birthday(August 19th) seems within reach!
