The Boys are doing a Mayflower unit lesson for the next 3 weeks. One of the crafts this week was to make a paper boat. Just a simple little boat. Well, my oldest decided to elaborate on it and made more. He made a representation of the Mayflowers voyage.
The Boat moves across the water from England to America.
On the England side he made a castle and Englands flag.
On the other side he made a tee-pee, a house and the American flag.
All this was made with a piece of styrofoam from a small appliance, construction paper, card board, popsicle sticks, markers and some imagination.
I was so proud of him.
